Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. I'm certain we can offer a working replacement, but I can't determine your precise dimensions from a photo of a tape measure. They're too unclear.

I'll need you to measure both the width and thickness and write out precisely what they are for me to review. I can then make a recommendation from our inventory.

Note that height isn't all that relevant. We only need the width and thickness, but I need those numbers written out precisely.
