Is it possible for you to remove the operator from the window and give us the measurements for the arm length(s).

This will help our parts experts better recommend replacement options.

Take a look at our 39-220, or its opposite-handed version, the 39-221. Compare the dimensions with your old operator and see if you think these could work for you. If you need a new crank handle, see the 39-114L.
