Looking to replace pivot shoe, triple coil plastic support, plastic piece on backside that helps hold coils in place and coil springs if necessary

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe is a match for the 15-191. Can you confirm the width of the coil spring's band? I suspect it might be 3/8", but I'd like to be certain. Can you also weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight?
