No markings visible. Cannot remove broken pivot lock shoes from track. I believe the piece it fits into is operational. Did I see there's a tool to remove the lock shoes? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to us. You shouldn't need a tool to remove this shoe. You first need to tilt it in towards you to about 90 degrees, then twist it so that the ears can slip past the track opening. Let me know if that helps.

If you're looking to only replace the shoe, see the 15-195B or 15-195 as well as the 15-194 depending on the cam and the width of the shoe. Review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare.
