Windows will not stay up

A home owner from 30518 says:
I am looking to have someone install and/or get the parts to fix a few windows that I have. The coil that runs along the length of the window has uncoiled (I also think the part that holds it has broken as well). Is there replacement parts for this window style? Is there a video that will show me how to replace it or is there a company that would come out and repair a few windows that will not stay up.
