I have a customer with four windows with the same trouble issue. After opening of the bottom sash the top sash falls open. I have determined that there are dislocated balance cords on one or more of the sashes. Do you have a video which explains the removal of the sashes, Jab liners, removal of the head liner, & removal of the Balances, on this series of window. Possibly Anderson.
