Windows with balance item number 2810 and 2820

I recently bought some window balances with above parts number (and 8 balances with 3010). I just had a man come to install the balances and he said the tops of all the windows have a broken part that will not hold the balance/window in. This part fits on top, both left and right sides of the sliding bottom window.

Hello! This part is known as a top sash guide. Based on your helpful picture, I believe our 18-042 would be a good match. Let me know what you think.

I will need 16 for 8 windows. I ordered some ballasts and several were not included. I am thinking much of the problems are this plastic part. How much is this and do you take Discover? Thank you. Are they $1.85 for 2?
