Thanks for reaching out! Your awning window operator has become stripped. When this occurs, the entire assembly needs to be replaced. 

I'm certain we can provide you with a replacement but I'll need to see a photo of the operator removed from the window to identify it. Please be sure to include photos of the installation hole placement as well as the end of the arm that attaches to the other window hardware.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your operator can be replaced with the 39-061 Keller Window Crank. Be sure to carefully review and compare all of the dimensions to be sure this is the right fit.

The opposite version of this crank is the 39-060. Both are sold with the compatible crank handle.
