Windows won't crank shut

These are photos of one window in our house that will not crank shot properly. We have some that swing open right and some that swing open left. Can you tell us the replacement part numbers we would need to replace the item that is possibly stripped?

I am a homeowner, but currently have a contractor/handyman helping out who could make this repair or swap the part out.

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see a photo of the operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash in and out are fully visible. Thank you!

Thank you. Your operator looks like our 39-381 and 39-382 but the link arm in your photo looks like it might be on the longer side. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare.
