Windows won't open

Question

We were able to take this part off and play around with the rods but once reinstalled; rods still won't respond to the movement of the lock.

Hello,

We did carry this lock at one time, but it was discontinued and our stock ran out not long after. As far as I know, our stock was some of the last around. I'm not sure who else may carry these peculiar locks. I'm sorry that we can't be of more help.
