Windows won't stay open

Handy Person from Charlotte
Hello, the windows in a house I purchased won't stay open (21 of them!). I disassembled one of them and the pivot blocks are shot - spiral balances seem to be ok. Can you tell from the pictures if you have replacement pivot blocks? Also, the spiral balance for this window is: 34" long; 3/8" diameter; and the tip appears a blue/green. What will be the price of the blocks? Do you need any other pictures/measurements?
I will need the spreader tools also.........thank you!

Hello John. I have a great deal of information you may find very helpful. I am afraid the pivot shoe you need is no longer available. We suggest our 15-167 as a replacement with our 26-241 pivot bar. With the current pivot bar you have, it will not fit into the new pivot shoe, so I recommend you replacing that as well.

Our Series 900-34 spiral balance in green tip is a good match for your balance. I also recommend our 75-006 charging tool if you are repairing 21 windows. I have placed some media guides on the upper right hand side of this page you may want to take a closer look at.
