Hello, moved into a 20 year old home and windows in office won't stay open. The above piece in the picture is screwed in the rail, while the bottom piece is what the feet of the window slid into.

These are 59.75x35.75 double hung vinyl windows with two windows in each pocket.
Thanks for writing in! You'll need the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe and the Series 190 Coil Balance Spring to replace your existing assembly. The spring is attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw and anchored to the window track using the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip.
