Windows won't stay up - need help identifying window coil balance parts

Hello. One of our windows will not stay up when opened. We have a tilt window and opened it up and found that the coil is protruding from the top of the support case of the coil balance. Does this need to be replaced? If so, we need help identifying which parts we need to order. I have included a photo of the part(s). Thank you.

I agree that it sounds like your coil balances need to be replaced but we'll need to see your coils and pivot shoe removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We'll relate some videos to assist you. Thank you!
