Windsor Pinnacle Clad Sliding Door Replacement Roller

Hi, Mike! We wouldn't be able to tell which roller Windsor put into the door, but if you remove the roller and show it to us, we could attempt to identify it. An unfortunate aspect of repairing doors is that the door often hides the hardware you need to see, and there's no easier way than to take the door off the track and look. Can you send us a photo?

Ah, unfortunately, that's less helpful to us. We don't sell brand-name Windsor hardware. I'm actually not sure if Windsor even manufactured their own rollers.

You see, most window companies purchase third-party hardware to use on their windows, and we often purchase the same third-party parts for replacement, but the part numbering is inevitably different across companies. I'm not familiar with the Windsor part numbering system.

If we get dimensions and photos of the part, the idea is that we will check to see if Windsor used a third-party part that we stock. There's a pretty good chance that we offer the same part by a different number. Consider sending in some information.
