Windsor Window Pinnacle - crank replacement part

Thanks for reaching out! The piece you have pictured here is the worm gear from your crank operator. This gear interacts with the gears on the inside of the operator to help operator arm(s) to crank the window open and close. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be repaired, so you'll need to replace the entire operator.

I am happy to identify the replacement you'll need but I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator. In addition to the base of the operator, I'll need to see the arm(s) and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging window sash.

Thanks for the photos. Your crank operator looks a lot like the 39-217 Sling Arm Window Crank. To confirm that this is the right fit for your repairs, you'll need to carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

This operator is compatible with the 39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover used along with either 39-114L Crank Handle or the 39-205 Truth Folding Crank Handle. There is also the 39-107FK Truth Folding Handle Cover Kit.
