Thanks for reaching out! It is very likely we can supply you with a replacement for your balances but I'll need to see a photo of them removed from the window to identify them. I'll need to see a photo of the top and bottom attachments to identify the right replacement.

The stamp from the balance can only tell us the weight range the balance should be able to hold to support the sash weight; unfortunately, we cannot use it to identify the balances.
