Realize I stated channel extenders - I meant balances :)
This is not a telco issue..

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351, 15-002, or S390, 15-001, channel balance. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need to know the length of your balances and your stamp numbers to choose the correct option.

Here is the detail as requested.

Stamp # 1520 1/2" x 16 "
Stamp # 3040 1/2 " x 31" I've uploaded pics of the ends as are same for both lengths..

What Casey is saying is that you need to measure your bottom attachment. We can't tell which you need by sight. If the bottom attachment measures 1" in depth, choose Series 351 balances, and if it measures 1-1/8" in depth, choose Series 390 balances. The 16" and 31" versions of those balances can be found in "1520" and "3040" options that match what you need. Just measure and choose the Series that matches.
