Winged Tie Bar Guide for Casement Window

Hi-
Seeing if you have replacement part for this "clip" or as I think is called Winged Tie Bar Guide. Submitting two pictures of a working clip. Submitting one picture of the broken clip.
There are 2 clips per window bar. One broke so the window is not latching shut all the way because it can't grip the bar that sits vertically in the clips.
Size is 2 inches high from the top wing point to the bottom. And is 1 1/2 inches wide.
Do you have this part?
