Please advise that the 22" Series 385 Channel Balance is a match based on the attached photos.
Metal = 22 inches long
Winged Top and Shoe
8-12 lb sash

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I can't confirm if the Series 385 is what you need. Is the bottom shoe depth 1-3/32"? If so, you would want the Series 385. However, if it's 1" deep then see the Series 380 instead. It's hard to get accurate dimensions from photos so you'll have to measure the shoe as shown in the image below.
