This vent lock is on a Winstrom double hung. Do you know if this part is available?

This does look old, I'm not sure if we'll have an exact match. Fortunately, we do carry a face mount vent lock that may work in its place. See our 26-387. Also see the video below, which details how it works and how to install it.
