Woindow casement crank assembly needed

Question

Hi, I have a crank window where the top bracket broke and then the window fell and bent the lower bracket. So, I need to replace the top bracket/guide and I either need to replace the bottom bracket parts that bent or try to bend it back in place. I am attaching photos of both. I am selling my house and need to fix this asap. Can you help me identify the parts? Thank you. Chris

Take a look and compare our 36-048 hinge set with a 10" base that mounts to the window sill. The track sliders are not sold separately but if you replace both the top and bottom hinges by following the related video, you should be good to go. Thank you!
