Please let me know if you have the parts shown in the photos. Also, if you do, an installation guide would be helpful. Need both left and right of the part in the third photo.

Hello! This looks like a basic spiral balance for a tilt window. That means your only two options are either the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or the 9/16" diameter Series 600. You'll have to remove the original and measure the diameter of the outer tube to confirm the best one.
I'll share installation instructions below.
