Won't close

Question

Haven't taken apart.  You can open window but halfway closing it , it seems like it's stripped and won't finish closing

It definitely sounds like you need a new operator. We may be able to help, but we have to see the complete operator mechanism without obstruction before we can recommend a match. That will require removal of the original. We then need you to take a picture that shows the whole thing all in one shot. Thank you!
