Wont close but will open

This window in my living room will only open, but will not close in order to close it. I have to have someone outside and push it while I crank to close it. Can you please help me out?

Thanks for writing in. When an operator will open the window, but can't close it, it definitely needs to be replaced. This looks like our 39-031 to me. Just make sure the dimensions align. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
