Need replacement mechanism set for old wood casement windows. The tracks are ok but the black hard plastic pieces are falling apart.

When the individual components of these hinge sets break down, it's best to replace the entire set. See our 36-048. Go over the dimensions and see if you think this is what you need.

Thanks Bob, I'm placing an order today.......I found everything I need but I couldn't locate a match for the bottom 10" track as shown in picture.

I believe this is just the 10" base bar on the 36-048. These hinges come fully assembled. See the photo below. I believe you're just showing me the bar that is 10" in length. Let me know if I am incorrect.
