Attached are photos of what I am looking for.

It's for a wood double door, and is the vertical strip that attaches to the piece where the two doors come together

It has a track.

Your seal backing looks like it might be on the smaller side but our closest replacement option would be the 58-135 bubble seal. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
