Wood Front Door Hinge

Having trouble finding a replacement hinge (need 6) for solid wood front door. 4 inch by 5/8 rounded edges brushed nickel finish. Regular supply stores have the right size hinges but not with the same hole alignment for the screws . Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
