Wood Sliding Door Weatherstripping

I would like to replace the weatherstrip of my Sliding patio doors. Attached is a profile of the strip, which is about 78 inches' long. The doors are original to house built in 1996, but I do not know the brand name. I am not able to see any brand names on door. The weatherstrip pushes into what looks to be 1/2 wide Channel into wood casing. I believe the original windows installed in house were Norco, but not sure if same brand was used on the doors. Any help identifying replacement would be appreciated. Roland
