Wood Window Balance

Thanks for writing in. Looking at these pictures in detail, I actually think there's a better option than the Spiral Balances. This looks like an old Caradco balance to me. We will need the length of the tube, as well as the spring paint color--this should be a bit of color painted on the end of the spring attached to the bottom fitting. We need to know what color that is, as that will indicate the spring strength. From there, we can get this order made up for you. Many thanks.
