Wood Window seals

A home owner from North Carolina says:
I have two types of seals on my windows. One looks like the kerf mount 5/16" bubble seal. The other is a foam filled weather seal, but I could not identify the exact part on your website. I uploaded a detail of each part with dimensions along with pictures.

Should I be using both of these seals on my windows? Why would I use one over the other? My windows are wood, double hung. It looks like I have a mixture of these seals on my windows and just need to know what I should be using to replace them. I am planning to replace all the seals. The seals I am replacing (3 on each window) are used in between the the upper and lower saches, on the bottom of the lower sach where it meets the window sill, and on the top of the upper sach where it meets the top window jam.

Thank you for your patience with us during our busy season. For your first photo, I believe our 58-053 bulb seal would work and for the second photo, our 58-055 bubble seal with angled base can be considered. Look both parts over and see what you think.
