Wood casement operator

Question

all of the hardware was thrown into the trash by a family member. Operator, arms, crank, cover .... everything.

I'm hoping that your expertise will guide me to the proper solution.I know that it will take a left and right operator for this style window.

The layers of the window are as follows: The window is 3'x3'

Outer sill
Window
Bottom style (2 drill holes)
Inner sill (5 drill holes)

I was looking through some of the photos customers have sent to you and
the system I think comes closest is -096. But this is your field certainly
not mine.

Without the original hardware to use as a reference, it will be next to impossible to find out exactly what's necessary to repair this window. I'll have to go off my gut instinct.

Start by looking at our 39-268. This looks like it could be what you want based on the hole patterns in the sill. I also see that there is a hole in the screen. That was mostly likely where the crank handle came through.

I also suggest checking with a hardware store in your area and seeing if you can purchase a "grommet kit." You can install a grommet where that crank handle comes through the screen. It would make a nicer finish to the job.
