Hey, Kerry. It looks like a kind of pivot bracket, but I haven't been able to find anything similar. Wood bifold doors aren't used a lot these days, so this particular part may not be around anymore. I recommend looking through our complete selection here. You may be able to use one of these more modern parts as a substitute, depending on dimensions. Let me know what you think.
Worse comes to worst, you could consider an all new track and pivot kit like the 23-505, 23-506, or 23-507.
