Wood window balance

Hello,

It looks like you have an old-style Caradco balance. We may be able to replace this for you, but it will have to be a special order since we don't carry these types of balances in our standard inventory. We have a way of identifying these balances, but yours looks to be a bit old. 

We'll need you to check the other side of the window or an identical window in the house to find an undamaged balance to measure the length of the plastic tube that covers the spring, as well as confirm the paint color at the end of the spring. Thank you!
