Product 39-020 seems like the proper replacement part but I am concerned about the button on the end of the 9in arm. It has to fit into a track which I measured as 5/8 inch wide. So the button has to be 1/2 inch or just slightly larger. I hope the photos I uploaded will be displayed for you so you can see what I have and tell me if this product will work. Open the two photos that are labeled. Or maybe to be sure I should also buy the track and remove the old one.

Thanks for posting. The disc at the end of the arm of the 39-020 is approximately 9/16". Will that fit in your existing track?
I can't quite confirm exactly what operator you have based on the images provided. If at all possible, could you remove it from the window and take a few pictures of it separately?

Tom:
I can't remove the operator but this photo shows it. Wouldn't you think it safer for me to replace the operator and track so I am certain all pieces fit, or are you fairly certain the track will be OK as it is? It's hard to remove it but can do so if needed.

Thanks for getting back to us. I agree, our 39-020 appears to be the closest match. It seems that the disc at the end of the arm will fit in your track, since its just a bit smaller than the opening, but you should double check to make sure that all the dimensions line up!
