Wooden awning windows with "Malta" label on the crank in house built in 1974.

Question

The crank/handle unscrews from the housing when closing the window.  The operating system housing inside is 5" wide, and the bar on which the scissor arms attach to the base of the window is 12" wide, and each of the 4 parts of the scissor arms is approx 9" long, so the total opening at the bottom of the window when fully extended is approx 16".

Thanks for posting! This operator looks like it could be a match for either our 39-083 or 39-140 operator, depending on the "elbow to elbow" measurement while it's closed. Look these over and see what you think!
