Wooden casement window crank

Question

I ordered two 9" window cranks (for R and L sides). Item #s were 39-021 and 39-020. I then ordered parts that actually attach on the window but they were the wrong thing. Not compatible with the cranks I purchased. What would be the appropriate item to order?

Take a look at the 39-520 track used with the 39-021 wood casement operator. This looks similar to the operator you now have with the track attached to the face of the sash. Take a look at these parts and the related videos to assist you. Thanks for posting!
