Please note the angle of the mounting screw, indicated by arrow in ..389 of the pix. This seems critical and has proven hard to find.

Hello,

I don't believe that we carry an exact replacement for your roller but take a look at the options we've related for you. Check to see if the housing and wheel dimensions shown on our product pages match up to your roller. For the rollers with upward-facing tabs, you could use a set of pliers to bend it down to match the orientation of your part. Thanks for posting!

Unfortunately, my assembly has a 13/16" diameter roller.
Is there a kit or roller assembly that might work with this diameter?

Check out the 81-247 roller used on Traco patio doors. The diameter of the wheel is close to yours but you'll need to see if the housing dimensions match your original part.
