Wool Pile for window

I purchased a large amount of wool pile last year from Swisco. I ordered the size that I was replacing. I was surprised when the wool pile that was sent had plastic ribs in the middle of the pile. The pile was no where near as thick as what I removed from the window. Do all of your wool piles have the plastic ribs in the middle? I need new seals now because the wool pile that I bought has all been deformed down. I have 12 windows that each need 24 feet of seal. Before I put in another big order, I want to understand more about the quality of the wool pile that you have.

The plastic "ribs" in the middle of the wool pile is known as a fin seal. Not all of our wool pile weatherstripping has the fin seal, only a certain few.
Now, let's get down to identifying exactly what you need. When you look at our wool pile section, you'll notice the main measurements are base width and pile height. Can you grab those two measurements for me?
Also, you can always submit a couple photos of your original wool pile so we can take a look.

The window measures 1 3/16 wide and fits in a groove of 1 3/8. There are tracks for seals on both sides of the window frame.
The 9/32" wide base works with my windows. I'd like to get a wool pile that it thicker than what you sent to me last year. Can you look up my order and tell me what I ordered? I need 240 ft total to replace all the seals. How would I order the amount? 10-25 foot rolls?
Thanks for your help!

John, you ordered the 58-045 Gray Wool Pile. It has a base width of 1/4" and a pile height of 9/32".
Do you have any original wool pile left? That is the best way to find the correct replacement, measuring your original wool pile.
You said the 58-045 wasn't "near as thick"-- so I'm guessing you need something a bit larger?

Hello from Alaska
I am looking to replace all my window Weather stripping. I am having trouble locating the right stuff. Would you please take a look at the picture I have sent. I have measured the base at 3/16" with a height of 1/4". Got any this is close? This does have a center fin that slightly exceeds the height of the wool.
Thank you.
