Wool pile

Question

I cant get the window strips out. Ive tried a screwdriver and pliers with no luck. Therefore i cant get part of one out to send you so i can get the correct size.

Your wool pile could be "pinned" into the groove. It might be hard to remove without cutting or notching were the pin points are. Carefully examine the channel to see if you can note where this might be.
