Wool weatherstripping

Is there a class of vinyl windows where the corners are molded and does not allow easy replacement of the wool weatherstripping, it seems mine does not easily slide out of the groove.

I would also like to speak with a representative, I have a number of photos to the latch, lock, sill foam gasket, counterweight, and sliding pin seat that I need assistance in ordering parts.

If your pile weather seal is not easily removeable, please review the video below for removal tips. Once it is removed, to determine if we can offer a replacement option, we will need written out dimensions of the width of the base and height of the pile.
For all parts needed, we will need to see individual pictures of each part. From there we can review the styles for replacement options. Thank you!
