Worm gear spline

Xco3 found on handle.

Need replacing part that goes into handle. When you go to close windows with handle it unscrew and doesn't work.

Hello,

The worm gear shown in your photos is part of the operator base and is not meant to be removed. Once it breaks away from the operator, unfortunately, the entire assembly needs to be replaced.

We'll need to see your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to research your replacement options. Thank you!
