Would like replacment Handles

Have worn out brass handles, would like to replace and (match exhisting white) with new handles. Not sure of sizes or makes. Can you help me?

Thanks for writing in! Your patio door handle set can be replaced with the 82-089 Legacy Handle Set. The keyed version is the 82-086. I'm confident these are the correct replacements but look over the specifications below to confirm.
