Wright Casement Window

A quick learner from Clarence says:
Do you carry the arm that would attach to the top of a Wright window with the crank 07900? I believe your replacement part is 39-388.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
I'm not sure what you mean. Operators usually install on the window sill, not at the top. Can you show me a picture of what it is you need?
A quick learner from Clarence says:
Are you kidding me??? Three days to respond as the "experts" and I get an I don't know what you mean. There is an arm on the top of the window...the crank is a 07900 Wright.

Found it myself after about an hour of searching.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
We're very sorry for the inconvenience, thanks for your patience.

Unfortunately, there is no way to know what part you need without a part number, photo, or part name. If we had known you needed a hinge, or had a photo of it, we would have tried to compare the parts ourselves and spared you the time, but unfortunately, there was no way to know what you were referring to. For future reference, our part identifier takes an average of three business days to produce a response. Thanks for choosing SWISCO.
