Wright sill mounted casement operator.

I am looking to replace a faulty Wright sill mounted casement split arm operator for a casement window.
The item has a number 07701-00 and the Wright logo on the main body. It also has the number 07874 on the swing arm portion.
The gear arm is 4.5" from the center of the hub to the center of the first joint. The longer arm is 5.5" long from the first joint to the center of the end hole past the clip.It also has a bend in the long arm.
The mounting holes are approximately 3" apart and 1.75" apart. Thanks.
