Wrong Casement Operator?

Sorry to hear the 39-089 and 39-090 didn't work for you. These operators have a gear arm (the part of the split-arm that comes out of the operator body) with a 'Z-shape'. I believe you needed the 39-187 and 39-188 instead; you'll note this pair features gear arms have a 'W-shape' instead that should match better. See if you agree. Now, that wasn't the only issue here. You also note the link arms (the part of the split-arm that connects to the window sash) are a slightly different length; that's going to be the same case for the 39-187 and 39-188 as well. This not an uncommon issue. You have a few options to try. First, you could install the new operators and see if they work anyways (they might). Next, you could try moving the stud bracket on the sash to see if that makes up the difference. Let me know what you find.
