Wrong balances purchased need correct ones

A quick learner from Spring Hill. FL says:
I purchased the S385-29 but they do not fit. The shoe is too large. What do I need to get? Photos show the balance I received compared to my originals.

I would consider our Series 380 instead. This might be a better match, but you should measure your shoe just to be sure. We have detailed dimensions on our site for the shoe that you can use as a reference. Instead of buying an all new balance, however, you could just file down the shoe to the proper depth. Just keep in mind if you file the shoe down, the balance cannot be returned for a refund.
