Wrong part

Question

I just sent a question on me ordering the wrong part. I looked everywhere and couldn't find what I thought was the right part.
The number on the coil is 10JS. I hope this will help in getting the right parts.

Hello. The pivot shoe you ordered is correct. It's the 15-192. This shoe uses our Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. The video below explains how these work. A stamp of 10 indicates you need coil springs that carry 10 pounds of support apiece. We don't carry coil springs of this Series with that rating, but what we recommend you do is use one S170-405 5 pound spring and one S171-405 5 pound spring, to equal that same 10 pounds of support.
