I ordered 4 rollers, part #81-081. They look exactly like my old rollers except the tabs on the old are 7/8" from the top and the tabs on the new rollers is 1"1/16 inches from the top and won't fit into the slots in the frame.

Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to hear your purchase did not work out for you but I do believe we may have a replacement that could work for you. Carefully review the dimensions from the 81-298 Patio Roller Assembly. This is not an exact replacement match, however, this could possibly be a better fit than the 81-081. See what you think!

It looks like 81-298 might fit. I will order 4 of them.
I would like to return 3 of part# 81-081. Is that possible? I modify the bottom hole on one of those parts so I won't return that one.
