Wrong pivot bar

Question

I recently ordered a pivot shoe and pivot bar. The shoe works perfect, in fact I need another for a different window, but the pivot bar didn't work. Picture on floor is of the good bar; one on window is the new one that doesn't work. The holes just don't align to a good spot for how long it needs to stick out.

Hello there. Sorry to hear that the 26-466 didn't work for you. Take a look at our 26-226 and 26-030 instead. These have the same pin shape as the 26-466, but different hole placements. Check out the diagrams below. Compare the distances between the center of each hole and the tip of the end that fits into the pivot shoe with your old pivot bar, and let me know if any of these align with your old pivot bar. Note that you only need to use one hole on your pivot bar to mount it; so as long as one of the mounting holes lines up with a hole used on your old pivot bar, it should work as a replacement. Let me know what you find.
