Wrong shoe purchased for channel balance

Question

The indentation on the 26C balance stops the ability to attach the new shoes.

Last week I purchased 6 balance shoes 15-194 for my channel balance 26C for a MW manufacturing single hung tilt window. I thought that this was the right shoe for these balances. They fit (1 inch) but do not attach because the balances have an indentation (reverse ridge). I am hoping you can help me get the correct part. The balances are OK but shoes all broken. Any thoughts?

Hey, Bob. I'm afraid we are not able to supply those shoes with the deep indentation. The one you purchased from us is the only style we carry. The only solution we would have is to replace the whole balance. If you are interested, let me know and we can work from there.
